Sadhana is simply our daily practice – a time to reconnect. Join me as we look towards a new year -Creating a Sankalpa is a great way to create an inner focus and to help us find meaning. Sankalpa is our conscious intention. In each of my Sadhana courses, I will invite you on an 11 day journey to explore an aspect of your life through yoga and meditation. Our initial practice will be live – and then the following days you will receive a link to a short new practice and insight for each day. Each sadhana will create a deeper understanding of ourselves offering insights into conscious ways to navigate our life’s journey.
