Yoga and the Vagus Nerve

In our short online workshop, we will look at the evolution of the autonomic nervous system, the role of the vagus nerve and poly-vagal theory and how we can use deceptively simple techniques to signal safety to our nervous system. In two videos, Adam will explain the vagus nerve and give a simple hands-on technique and Viriam will share a short meditation. There will be a booklet as well offering insight into yoga, stress and the vagus nerve.
